Udinese head coach Francesco Guidolin is wary of the threat Cesena will pose when the two sides meet in Serie A on Wednesday.
Guidolin’s side sit fourth on the table and have a game in hand on third-placed Napoli, who lead them by three points.
A win would boost the club’s chances of winning a spot in the playoffs for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
And with Cesena already relegated, it is easy to see why Udinese are heavy favourites.
Cesena have caused problems for Juventus and Inter Milan in recent weeks though, and Guidolin is expecting a stern test.
“Cesena has recently created many difficulties both to Juventus and Inter Milan,” he said.
“I guess this is enough to say that this is a difficult opposing team made of good players. They are very well trained because Mario Beretta is a very skilled manager.
“Therefore we should be conscious of the difficulties we may find, but at the same time we should be confident and know that we can make a good performance if we play to our potential.”
